Program Description:
Personality is the underlying factor that determines relationships.
Personality is about both perception and response. The Enneagram is a short-cut
to making sense of personality similarities and differences.
This program provides tools to use in relationships. You learn about your own personality style and type as well as others'. You receive specific guidelines for maximizing your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses. You also gain understanding and compassion for others, thereby improving your ability to relate with them.
Another highlight is video taped panels of people representing all nine Enneagram types responding to real life situations. By seeing type in action, you learn to read the verbal and non-verbal cues for type as well as how to respond to each type effectively.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation fee is $50.00 plus any fees required by the conference facility for cancellations up to two weeks before the starting date of the program. Cancellations within two weeks of the starting date have a $100.00 cancellation fee. Sudden cancellations immediately prior to the beginning of the training will have an individualized cancellation fee based on our preparations for a participant’s attendance and on fees required by the conference facility.
